Furthermore included in this recent image drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a key identifying distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
